Note to Vendors: All sites organize their own Vendors with Grand Avenue Arts &

Preservation merely acting as a facilitator in connecting Vendors with sites. There is

limited space at each site; contact the site that best fits your items after reading the

types of Vendors being sought. And check out the actual site before making contact.

Spaces may also be booking bands, DJ’S, spoken word, face painters, and other

performers. Contact them directly regarding those activities.



Oasis on Grand,1501 Grand Ave.

Description: Anything street wear, bicycle or furniture/fixture related, handmade items,

restored vintage items. Will provide electricity and chairs, but vendors need their own

tent and table.

Fee: $25 (unless just an info booth about the arts, non-profit, etc.; then free).

Yoga Styles, 1023 Grand (#A)

Description: Looking for one artist to hang work inside along the hallway wall. Also

space for one or two outdoor vendors. Prefer more spiritually based/zen type artwork;

some flexibility.

Fee: One indoor vendor space available $ 35; Outdoor space $ 25 if you provide your

own tent or $ 50 if we provide the tent. Commission on indoor art.

Fushicho Daiko Dojo, 925 Grand Ave.

Description: No restrictions of goods. Set up outside/parking lot. Vendor provide own

tent/tables with weights for tent legs, no spiking into asphalt. Site provides 2 chairs.

Breakdown of tent and artwork done by artist and to be completed by 10 pm.

Hours: 11 am - 8 pm; live Japanese Taiko drumming from 11 am - 8 pm.

The Industrial Lot at Unexpected Venue, 734 W. Polk St.

Description: Arts, food, crafts, products. Vendors offering homemade, handmade or

locally sourced products; first come, first served. No MLM’s or overseas manufactured

items - we prefer local. Scheduling many types of performers as well. Space provides

power jacks; you bring tents, tables, chairs, and lighting. (Note: A beer garden and food

trucks will be on site).

Fee: $20
